It was an opportunity for me to film Goz doing the exercises as part of the media we are putting together for his own portfolio. It was great fun trying to get shots from interesting angles and not just make another boring PT video on YouTube.

So that's what we can learn about skiing from the All Blacks - professionalism, maturity and training will prepare us to make the most of our time on the mountain.
