Ash is a sought-after event host, on-stage interviewer, session host, storyteller, and panellist.
He hosts The Moth StorySlam nights in London, and has hosted The Moth MainStage at The Union Chapel, London. He has chaired panels for the Centre for Army Leadership and tour operators, and hosted the British Guild of Travel Writers gala. Ash has also been a session host and interviewer at Hay Festival, Stanford Travel Writers Festival, Wilderness, Latitude, Kendal Mountain Festival, Destinations, and Telegraph Travel Show. He regularly appears on panels at literary, travel, and defence and security events, including The Wainwright Prize, Cheltenham Literature Festival, and Cheltenham Science Festival, and he’s even been MC at a few weddings!
Ash is also a celebrated keynote speaker, who speaks at conferences and festivals, and to businesses, the public sector, and other organisations.
