The First Mile is an award-winning immersive travel podcast, brings you narrative dispatches from the field, interviews with the world’s greatest travellers, and analysis on travel news and . It exists to inspire and inform the audience, giving them ideas for travels, ways to do it better, and insights from those who have made a career out of travel. Ash produces The First Mile, and co-hosts it with Pip Stewart.

The Human Advantage is the Centre for Army Leadership’s podcast on applied leadership. Through the stories of experienced British Army leaders, it brings to life the Army’s Leader Competency Framework, a skills-based tool for developing and assessing leaders. Ash produces and presents the podcast, connecting the stories to the Leader Competency Framework, so that listeners can use the podcast as a tool for learning and development.
